Seller Responsibilities

By listing with Shhhoes, sellers confirm that:

All items submitted are authentic, owned by the seller, and accurately described
Items shipped match the approved listing in condition and presentation
Items are suitable for re-sale within the category listed

Shhhoes reserves the right to:

Decline, edit, or remove listings at our discretion
Cancel a sale if an item materially differs from its listing
Withhold payout until the item has been shipped and verified

Buyer Acknowledgements

Buyers acknowledge that:

Items are pre-loved unless otherwise stated
Wear, scent, and signs of use are inherent to the product
Listings are descriptive, not clinical, and variations may occur
All sales are final unless an item materially differs from its listing

Payments, Fees & Payouts

Payments are processed securely through the platform
Seller payouts are issued after the item has been shipped and verified
Applicable listing fees, commissions, and handling costs are deducted from the final sale price

Shipping & Fulfilment

Shipping is coordinated by Shhhoes
Buyers pay shipping at checkout
Sellers purchase any required packaging locally (box, padding, tape) to send items to Shhhoes
Buyer and seller personal details are never shared
Shipping timelines may vary based on location and postal services
Shhhoes is not responsible for delays once items have been lodged with the carrier

Prohibited Use

The following are not permitted:

Harassment, coercion, or attempts to contact users off-platform
Misrepresentation of identity or listed items
Use of the platform for illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual activity

Violations may result in immediate removal from the platform.
